Instructions on Attendance Requirements for the Group Dinner
of the 2026 8th Vacuum Technology Exchange Conference & Member Annual Meeting
纪律与礼仪Discipline and Etiquette
请按时入场，若因特殊情况迟到（18:30 后），需轻声入场并就近就座，避免干扰现场流程；
Please enter the venue on time. If you are late due to special circumstances (after 18:30), please enter quietly and take a seat nearby to avoid disrupting the on-site proceedings.
用餐期间请勿大声喧哗、随意离席频繁走动；如需提前离场，可轻声告知邻座嘉宾后有序离开。
Please refrain from loud talking, leaving your seat arbitrarily or moving around frequently during the dinner. If you need to leave early, please inform the adjacent guests quietly and exit in an orderly manner.
安全与物品保管Safety and Personal Belongings Safekeeping
宴会厅内禁止吸烟、禁止携带易燃易爆等危险物品；
Smoking and carrying flammable, explosive and other dangerous articles are prohibited in the banquet hall.
请妥善保管手机、电脑等随身贵重物品，离场时仔细检查座位周边，避免遗漏。
Please keep your valuable personal belongings such as mobile phones and laptops in a safe place, and check the area around your seat carefully when leaving to avoid leaving anything behind.
若有饮食禁忌（如素食、过敏食材等），请在确认出席时一并告知会务组，以便提前协调餐饮；
If you have any dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian diet, food allergies, etc.), please inform the conference team when confirming your attendance for advance catering arrangements.
晚宴期间如需协助（如临时需求、身体不适等），可联系身边的会务工作人员（佩戴 “会务组” 标识），或拨打应急电话：138 2374 8555（黄先生）。
If you need any assistance during the dinner (e.g., ad-hoc requests, physical discomfort, etc.), you may contact the on-site conference staff (wearing the "Conference Team" badge) or call the emergency hotline: +86 138 2374 8555 (Mr. Huang).
饮酒提示晚宴提供适量酒水，建议饮酒适量、文明饮酒，避免过量饮酒影响自身及他人；酒后请勿驾车，可联系会务组协助预约车辆。
A moderate supply of alcoholic beverages will be provided at the dinner. We advise you to drink in moderation and courteously to avoid any inconvenience to yourself and others caused by excessive drinking. Do not drive after drinking; you may contact the conference team for assistance with vehicle booking.

Dear distinguished conference guests and representatives of member units：
为保障“2026 第八届真空科技交流会议暨会员年会集体晚宴”（以下简称 “晚宴”）有序、高效举办，同时为大家营造庄重、友好的交流氛围，现将晚宴出席相关要求说明如下，敬请知悉并配合：
To ensure the orderly and efficient holding of the 2026 8th Vacuum Technology Exchange Conference & Member Annual Meeting Group Dinner (hereinafter referred to as the "Dinner") and create a solemn and friendly communication atmosphere for all, we hereby specify the relevant attendance requirements for the Dinner as follows. We kindly ask for your attention and cooperation.
一、晚宴基本信息Basic Information of the Dinner
举办时间：2026年 10 月 15 日晚上 18:30-22:00（18:00-18:40 为签到时间，请勿迟到）
Holding Time: 18:30-22:00 on October 15, 2026 (Check-in: 18:00-18:40, Please be punctual)
举办地点：深圳维纳斯皇家酒店（深圳国际会展中心店）维纳斯宴会厅（地址：深圳市宝安区沙井街道沙井路118 号）
Venue: Venus Banquet Hall, Venus Royal Hotel (Shenzhen World Branch)Address: No. 118 Shajing Road, Shajing Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen

参与对象：定向邀请的会议嘉宾、会员单位代表、特邀专家及合作机构代表（凭专属凭证入场，不接受临时带客）
Participants: Invited conference guests, representatives of member units, specially-invited experts and representatives of cooperative institutions (Admission with exclusive pass only, no on-site accompanied guests allowed)
二、出席核心要求Core Attendance Requirements
着装规范建议着商务正装或商务休闲装（男士可穿西装、衬衫；女士可穿套装、连衣裙等），避免过于休闲的服饰（如背心、短裤、拖鞋等），贴合晚宴的商务交流属性。
Dress Code：
Business formal or business casual attire is recommended (for men: suits, dress shirts; for women: pant suits, dresses, etc.). Overly casual clothing (e.g., tank tops, shorts, slippers) is not appropriate, in line with the business communication nature of the dinner.

三、入场凭证与签到Admission Credentials and Check-in
入场需出示晚宴专属邀请函 / 参会证（二者任一即可，电子或纸质版均可，需提前向会务组确认领取）；
Admission requires a dinner-exclusive invitation letter or conference pass (either one is acceptable, in electronic or physical form; collection must be confirmed with the conference team in advance).
请在 18:00-18:40 期间到宴会厅入口签到台签到，领取晚宴席位卡（按席位卡指定位置就座，不随意调换座位）；
Please check in at the registration desk at the banquet hall entrance between 18:00 and 18:40 to collect your dinner seating card (please be seated at the assigned position per the card; seat changes are not permitted).
签到时需核对单位及姓名信息，若携带同行人员（仅限会前报备过的人员），需一并登记确认。
Your affiliated organization and personal name information will be verified during check-in. If you are accompanied by other attendees (only those registered in advance), their information must be registered and confirmed as well.

未按时确认的嘉宾，将视为默认不参加，晚宴将不再预留席位。
Guests who fail to confirm on time will be deemed to have declined attendance by default, and no seats will be reserved for them at the dinner.
