语种配置:中英双语(基础标配),按需提供日韩、德语翻译(需提前 3 天预约)


Language Configuration:

Chinese-English bilingual (basic standard configuration); Japanese, Korean and German interpretation available on demand (3 days' advance reservation required)


设备领取:嘉宾凭参会证在会议签到处(深圳维纳斯皇家酒店 1 楼)领取同传耳机,会后归还


Equipment Collection:

Guests can collect simultaneous interpretation headsets with their conference passes at the Conference Registration Desk (1st Floor, Venus Royal Hotel, Shenzhen) and return the headsets after the conference.


技术保障:配备 2 名同传译员轮换(每 45 分钟交接),确保翻译准确性(译员均具备真空科技行业术语储备,熟悉 “原子层沉

积”“物理气相沉积” 等专业表述)。



Technical Support:

2 simultaneous interpreters are assigned for rotation (handover every 45 minutes) to ensure interpretation accuracy. All interpreters have a solid reserve of professional terminology in the vacuum technology industry and are proficient in specialized expressions such as Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD).



2. 一对一陪同翻译One-on-One Escort Interpretation

适用场景:嘉宾参展洽谈、展位巡展、企业对接会、产学研合作沟通


Applicable Scenarios:

Guest participation and negotiations at the exhibition, booth tour, enterprise matching meeting, industry-university-research cooperation communication

(如 11 月 6 日11:00-12:00 巡展)、服务场景(如与宁波江丰电子对接靶材合作)


Reservation Requirements:

Reservation is required 2 days in advance via the Guest Service Channel on the conference official website or by contacting the Organizing Committee (Huang Xinyan: +86-13670231076). Please specify the service time period (e.g., Booth Tour from 11:00 to 12:00 on November 6th) and service scenario (e.g., Negotiating target material cooperation with Ningbo Jiangfeng Electronics).


服务规范:翻译员全程陪同,协助精准传递技术需求(如“ALD 设备前驱体输送系统参数”)、合作意向,同步记录沟通要点,

提供简易沟通纪要


Service Norms:

The interpreter will provide full escort, assist in accurately conveying technical requirements (e.g., "Parameters of the precursor delivery system for ALD equipment") and cooperation intentions, record the key points of communication in real time, and provide a simplified communication summary after the communication.

Provided Content:

Chinese-English bilingual versions of the conference agenda and exhibitor manual. Guests can download the electronic versions in advance via the official conference website (http://rongsenhuiyi.web.zfw.net/doc_28668424_0_0_1.html), or collect printed copies at the registration desk.


定制需求:若嘉宾需翻译企业自有材料(如产品手册、技术方案),可提前 5 天发送至组委会邮箱(xhvacuum@163.com),

免费提供 3000 字内中英翻译(超出部分按行业标准收费)


Custom Requirements: 

For guests who need translation of their own corporate materials (e.g., product brochures, technical proposals), please send the documents to the Organizing Committee's email (xhvacuum@163.com) 5 days in advance. Free Chinese-English translation is provided for documents within 3000 Chinese characters; additional content will be charged in accordance with industry standards.


2.现场材料支持On-site Material Support 

展位标识:重点参展企业展位配备中英双语标识,关键技术参数(如 “PVD 设备沉积速率 12nm/s”)标注清晰  


Booth Signage: Key exhibitors' booths are equipped with Chinese-English bilingual signage, with core technical parameters (e.g., "PVD equipment deposition rate: 12nm/s") clearly marked.


临时翻译:大会咨询台(1 楼大厅)配备 2 名翻译人员,可协助翻译现场临时文件(如合作意向书条款)、设备操作说明等。


On-demand Interpretation: Two interpreters are stationed at the Conference Information Desk (1st Floor Lobby) to assist with translating on-site ad-hoc documents (e.g., terms of a letter of intent for cooperation) and equipment operating instructions, among other materials.

1.  抵离接送服务Arrival and Departure Transfer Service

适用对象:海外特邀专家、跨国企业 CEO、政府代表等 VIP 嘉宾


Applicable to:

VIP guests including overseas invited experts, CEOs of multinational enterprises, and government representatives


服务内容:专属礼仪人员举 “嘉宾姓名 + 会议 LOGO” 牌在深圳宝安国际机场 / 深圳北站接机 / 接站,协助办理行李托运、乘车

引导;送离时根据嘉宾行程安排专车(商务车)送达机场 / 车站,提前确认登机 / 乘车信息


Service Content

Dedicated etiquette staff will greet guests at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport / Shenzhen North Railway Station holding a sign with the guest's name + conference logo, and assist with luggage check-in and vehicle guidance. For departure, a dedicated car (business vehicle) will be arranged to send guests to the airport/station according to their travel schedule, with flight/train information confirmed in advance.



预约方式:需提前 7 天提供嘉宾行程(航班号 / 车次、抵达时间)至组委会嘉宾服务组,同步告知特殊需求(如是否需要无障

 碍协助)


Reservation Method:

Guests' travel schedules (flight/train number, arrival time) must be submitted to the Guest Service Group of the Organizing Committee 7 days in advance, along with any special requirements (e.g., whether barrier-free assistance is needed).




2. 会场签到引导Venue Check-in Guidance

专属通道:VIP 嘉宾可走 “嘉宾签到通道”,礼仪人员协助核对信息、领取参会资料包(含胸卡、议程、翻译设备领用单),引导

至主宾休息区(提供茶歇、充电服务)


Exclusive Check-in Lane:

VIP guests may use the VIP Guest Check-in Lane, where dedicated etiquette staff will assist with identity verification, distribute the conference material pack (including conference badge, agenda and interpretation equipment collection form), and escort guests to the VIP Lounge (complimentary refreshments and charging services available).



座位引导:交流会、晚宴时,礼仪人员引导嘉宾至指定座位(主宾席 / VIP 区),同步介绍邻座嘉宾身份(如 “您左侧是中科院

深圳先进院 XX 教授,专注 ALD 技术研究”)。



Seating Guidance:

For exchange forums and the dinner banquet, etiquette staff will escort guests to their assigned seats (the honored guest section / VIP area), and briefly introduce the identities of adjacent guests (e.g., "The guest on your left is Professor XX from the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, who specializes in ALD technology research").




参会全程礼仪协助Full-conference Etiquette Assistance


1. 环节衔接支持Session Transition Support

会议转场:每场会议结束后,礼仪人员在会场出口引导嘉宾前往下一场活动场地(如从交流会引导至展览区),沿途介绍会议布

(如 “展览区 B 馆为真空设备专区,C 馆为材料专区”)


Conference Venue Transfer:

After each session, etiquette staff will guide guests at the venue exit to the next activity location (e.g., from the exchange forum to the exhibition area), and briefly introduce the conference layout along the way (e.g., "Hall B of the exhibition area is the vacuum equipment zone, and Hall C is the materials zone").


茶歇 / 晚宴协助:茶歇时礼仪人员协助取用饮品、点心,优先服务 VIP 嘉宾;晚宴时引导嘉宾就座,介绍菜品(标注是否含过敏原),协助传递交流名片。


Coffee Break & Dinner Assistance:

During coffee breaks, etiquette staff will assist guests with beverage and refreshment service, prioritizing VIP guests. For the dinner banquet, staff will guide guests to their seats, introduce the dishes (with allergen labels indicated), and assist with the exchange of business cards.



2.突发需求响应Response to Urgent Requests

现场协调:礼仪人员配备专属对讲机,可快速对接组委会各部门(如翻译组、后勤组),解决嘉宾临时需求(如调整翻译服务时

段、预约医疗协助)


On-site Coordination:

Etiquette staff are equipped with dedicated walkie-talkies to enable quick communication with all departments of the Organizing Committee (e.g., the Interpretation Team, the Logistics Team), and resolve guests' ad-hoc requests (such as adjusting the time slot for interpretation services, booking medical assistance).


文化适配:针对海外嘉宾,礼仪人员熟悉基本跨文化礼仪(如避免过度肢体接触、尊重宗教习惯),提供符合其文化背景的服务

(如为穆斯林嘉宾准备清真餐食,需提前预约)。


Cultural Adaptation:

For overseas guests, the etiquette staff are well-versed in basic cross-cultural etiquette (e.g., avoiding excessive physical contact, respecting religious customs), and provide services that align with their cultural backgrounds (e.g., halal meals prepared for Muslim guests, advance reservation required).

Log in to the official conference website → Enter the Guest Services section → Select Interpretation Services/Etiquette Services → Fill in the demand form (service type, time slot, guest information) → Receive a confirmation receipt from the Organizing Committee within 1 working day after submission.

人员资质:翻译人员均持有 CATTI 二级及以上证书,具备 3 年以上科技行业翻译经验;礼仪人员经专业培训(含会议流程、真

空行业基础术语、跨文化礼仪),着装统一(深色套装 + 会议 LOGO 丝巾)


Staff Qualifications:

All interpreters hold the CATTI Level 2 or higher certificate and have more than 3 years of translation experience in the science and technology industry. Etiquette staff have received professional training (including conference procedures, basic terminology of the vacuum industry, and cross-cultural etiquette) and wear a unified uniform (dark formal suit + conference logo silk scarf).


投诉反馈:会议设置服务监督电话(+86-138 2374 8555),嘉宾若对翻译 / 礼仪服务有意见,可随时反馈,组委会将在 1-2 小

时内响应并协调解决。


Complaint and Feedback:

A Service Supervision Hotline (+86-138 2374 8555) is set up for the conference. If guests have any comments on the interpretation/etiquette services, they may provide feedback at any time, and the Organizing Committee will respond and coordinate a solution within 1-2 hours.
