收到“演讲嘉宾”邀请后，须于7个工作日内反馈本申请表，申请截止日期为2026年8月30日，逾期视为自动放弃。(English:
Upon receiving the "guest speaker" invitation, please return this
application form within 7 working days. The application deadline is August 30,
2026. Failure to submit on time will be regarded as automatic abandonment.)
若因特殊情况无法如期参会，请第一时间书面通知主办方，并同步提供备选演讲人及相关信息，确保演讲环节顺利推进。(English: If you are unable to attend the meeting as scheduled due
to special circumstances, please notify the organizer in writing immediately
and provide the alternative speaker and relevant information to ensure the
smooth progress of the speech session.)
